Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from fiolbelisurfshop.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the current version.

Products & pricing

We work to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Colors may vary slightly by screen. If we discover a pricing or description error on an item you ordered, we'll contact you before charging and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud or stock limits. If we cancel an order after payment, you're refunded in full.

Availability

Inventory is limited and can sell out quickly, especially seasonal beach gear. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll notify you and refund or offer an alternative.

Intellectual property

All site content — logos, text, product photography, and design — is owned by Fiolbeli Surf Shop or our suppliers and may not be reused without permission.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or interfere with its operation. Reviews and any content you submit must be truthful and your own.

Limitation of liability

Our products are sold for recreational use. Always follow manufacturer instructions and use appropriate safety judgment in and around water. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
