Order processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (Monday–Friday) are packed and handed to the carrier the same business day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and U.S. holidays, ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your box leaves our Grapevine, Texas warehouse.

Shipping rates & delivery

We offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States — no minimum required. Standard delivery lands in 3–6 business days depending on your distance from Texas. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

• Standard (Free): 3–6 business days
• Expedited: 2–3 business days, calculated at checkout by weight and destination
• Surfboard bags & wall racks: oversized items ship separately and may take an extra 1–2 business days to process

Bulky & long items

Board bags, wall racks, and larger coolers are shipped in reinforced packaging to protect fins, rails, and hardware in transit. These items occasionally arrive in a separate box from smaller accessories in the same order — that's normal and both boxes are tracked.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email info@fiolbelisurfshop.com with your order number and we'll open a carrier trace and get a replacement moving. We don't make you fight the carrier alone.

Address accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address before an order ships, but once it's scanned by the carrier we're at the mercy of the delivery network.
