Yes — every order ships free within the United States with no minimum. Standard delivery is 3–6 business days from our warehouse in Grapevine, Texas.

You have 30 days from delivery. Email us your order number, we send a prepaid label, and your refund posts within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item. Return shipping is on us.
The items rated waterproof (dry bags, phone pouches, speakers with an IP rating) are tested by our team before we list them. Check each product page for its specific rating and the depth/time it's built for.
Board bag capacities are listed in the title and specs — for example our 6'6" bag fits shortboards and fish up to that length. If you're between sizes, email us your board dimensions and we'll point you to the right fit.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away and we'll update or cancel it. Once it's scanned by the carrier we can't change it, but you can always return it free.
