Returns & Refunds

30-day returns

If your gear isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. We get it — sometimes a bootie runs a half size small or a tote is bigger than you pictured. No hassle.

How to start a return

1. Email info@fiolbelisurfshop.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Drop the package at any carrier location. Refunds post to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving it.

Hygiene & safety exceptions

For health reasons, the following can only be returned if unopened and sealed: sunscreen, and swimwear/bikini bottoms where the hygiene liner has been removed. Surf wax is non-returnable once opened.

Damaged or defective items

If something shows up damaged, cracked, or defective, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost — no need to return the damaged item first. Board hardware and dry bags carry a functional guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return and place a new order — we'll refund the original in full so you're never waiting on your new size. For popular items we'll hold your replacement size when possible; just ask.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks typically post the credit within 3–5 business days. Shipping is always on us, both ways, within the U.S.
